The Pass & Seymour 8201-RED Hospital Grade Single Receptacle combines durability and reliability for superior performance. It features a corrosion-resistant plated steel strap securely locked to the face and back to prevent separation. Its one-piece brass triple-wipe power contacts ensure long-lasting retention, while the break-off, line-contact connecting tab allows quick split-circuit wiring. Constructed with an impact-resistant nylon face and thermoplastic back body, it includes an internal screw-pressure-plate back wire accepting #14 to #10 AWG copper or copper-clad wires. Isolated terminal compartments provide secure conductor containment, complemented by tri-drive terminal and mounting screws and an auto-ground clip for positive grounding.
