The ADC-VDBA-750-MCD is a mechanical chime dongle designed for the ADC-VDB750 video doorbell that helps resolve issues with mechanical chimes, such as rattling or humming, and increases power delivery to the doorbell when the transformer isn't supplying adequate voltage. It can be wired to either the Front and Trans terminals or Rear and Trans terminals of a chime, with no polarity requirements.
